10 Days Wildlife Adventure Kenya and Tanzania Safari

This ten day safari takes you from Kenya’s open plains to Tanzania’s world famous parks in one steady, unforgettable journey. It begins in Amboseli where elephants roam beneath the outline of Mount Kilimanjaro, then moves through the Rift Valley lakes and into the rolling grasslands of the Masai Mara. From there you cross into Tanzania for back to back days in the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, two of the most iconic wildlife destinations on the continent. Each day brings a new landscape, a new rhythm, and fresh chances to spot the big five and countless other species. By the time you reach Arusha at the end of the trip, you will have covered some of East Africa’s most remarkable ground at a comfortable, well balanced pace.

Day 1: Nairobi- Amboseli
You will be picked form the airport or hotel in the morning and depart Nairobi between 7.00- 08:30 hrs driving to Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi – Mombasa highway home to the proud and brightly painted Maa tribe of the Masai, the acacia woodlands and grasslands of the park shelter an abundance of game including buffalo, lion, cheetah, hyena, zebra and wildebeest. Amboseli National Park lays below the most famous symbol of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free standing mountain in the world. Arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, relax a bit before departing for your evening sunset game drive at 4pm.
Leave the park and return to the camp at 6.00pm, Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Lodge Amboseli/AA LodgeDay 2: Amboseli
After breakfast we will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve from 8.00am. There are over 900 African elephants in Amboseli, as well as huge herds of wildebeests and many other animals including giraffes, African lions, monkeys, zebras, hyenas and antelope, and large herds of elephants. Amboseli has a mixed topography of plains, acacia woodland, rocky thorn bush, swamps and marshes. You will have a beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro, Visit Observation Hill which overlooks the park, swamps and of course the herds of free-roaming elephants, meet the Maasai people and learn about the Maasai culture and their indigenous lifestyle. Day 3: Amboseli - Naivasha
After breakfast check out and and proceed to Naivasha passing via at rift valley escarpment. Arrive in time for lunch and after lunch realx.
Enjoy an evening sunset game drive Do evening games drive and enjoy the serenity of L.Nakuru. Dinner and overnight at Sopa lodge
Day 4: Naivasha-Nakuru
After breakfast check out and proceed to Nakuru, enjoy the beautiful scenic views as you drive along including sights of Lake elementaits and hills on each side of the road. Enjoy a game drive enroute to the hotel. After lunch relax as you await the evening sunset game drive. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge
Day 5: Nakuru - Mara
After breakfast you will check out and leave Nakuru area to Maasai Mara through Narok. Make sure to enjoy the beautiful scenic views as you drive along. Lunch en route at Narok, proceed to arrive in the afternoon, check in and relax. Go for an evening sunset game drive Dinner and overnight at Sopa Lodge
Day 6: Maasai Mara
After breakfast you leave with picnic lunch for the full day game drive at the park. Masai Mara has a lot to offer and it’s a park that you have an opportunity to see all the big five at a very close range and in plenty of numbers. You will have your picnic lunch at the hippo’s pool to return to the camp in the evening. You can arrange with the driver guide to visit the maasai village (optional).
Dinner and overnight at the camp Sopa LodgeDay 7: Mara- Serengeti
After breakfast you will check out and exit the mara area and departure to Serengeti national park in Tanzania, you’ll be received by our Tanzania guide at the Isbania border after the immigration formalities. Evening game drive to return latter in time of sunset for dinner and overnight at the camp. Katikati tented Camp /similar
Day 8: Serengeti
After breakfast you will leave the camp with picnic lunch for a full day game drive at the park. Serengeti is equally same with Masai Mara rich in game and all the big five with other animals in big numbers. Will have your picnic lunch at the park to be back to the camp by evening. Day 9: Serengeti - Ngorongoro
After breakfast you will prepare to leave for Ngorongoro crater national park to arrive there in time for lunch, check in, and have lunch at the camp latter go for the crater for a view and game drive to return later in the evening for dinner and overnight at the camp. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge. Rhino/Kudu Lodge
Day 10: Ngorongoro –Arusha/Nairobi
After breakfast you will prepare to leave Ngorongoro for Arusha. Pass by the Lake manyara view point, enjoy the beautiful sceneries as you drive along. On arrive in Arusha can have a brief walk/shopping, drop at Arusha shuttle to Nairobi, Arusha airport or a hotel in Arusha (You’ll advise us on this for the last day).
