This 10-day Uganda Wildlife and Primate Safari takes you to Uganda’s top tourist spots, where you will be treated to stunning landscapes, a wealth of wild animals, and cultural experiences. This safari will take you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Lake Mburo National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale National Park, and Murchison Falls National Park are all visited. You will track mountain gorillas and have a cultural tour with the Batwa Pygmies while in Bwindi. The majority of the surviving mountain gorillas are situated in Bwindi, and half of them are in Uganda. To observe the water falls, take a boat ride, and go on game drives, you will also visit Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe international Airport- Transfer to your booked Hotel
On this 10-day Uganda Wildlife and Primate Safari, upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, meet and greet our company representative/ safari driver and transfer to your booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary- Murchison Falls National Park
Get up early for breakfast (6:30 am), then leave your hotel to begin your exciting road trip to Murchison Falls National Park. You will visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you will spend an hour with the white rhinos up close with the assistance of your sightseeing ranger guide. Drive to Murchison Falls National Park after taking a break for lunch. When you first arrive at the park, before you check into the lodge you have reserved, you should walk to the top of the falls (Murchison Falls) to take in the magnificent views of the entire Nile River from Lake Victoria as it flows down a narrow ravine that is only 7 metres wide, making it turbulent and producing a vocal burble sound of the falls as they drop into a pool of water, which is so lovely and adventurous. Later, proceed to your booked lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive- Afternoon Boat Cruise Along the Nile Rive
On this 10-day Uganda Wildlife and Primate Safari, get up early for coffee and pack a breakfast for a fantastic game drive in the park’s northern section, where you may see a variety of creatures such as elephants, cape buffalos, Rothschild giraffes, Jackson hartebeest, Topis, Oribis, Uganda Kobs, common warthogs, and various monkey species. On a lucky day, you might see a leopard. Take a brief respite to savour your hearty breakfast before continuing on your game drive to thoroughly explore the park and see a variety of other wildlife.
Drive to the Paraa gathering place for an afternoon boat trip safari on the Victoria Nile after leaving the bush for lunch in the early afternoon. From the serene Victoria Nile, the boat cruise safari travels upstream to the base of the Murchison Falls. It stops a short distance from the falls’ “Devil’s Cauldron,” where you can get a breathtaking view of the cascade and observe how the Nile plunges into the pool. Several water creatures and birds, including hippopotamuses and Nile crocodiles, as well as certain birds, such as the African Darter, Egyptian Goose, Kingfishers, Hornbills, Cormorants, Goliath Heron, Pelicans, and Bee-eaters, are likely to be sighted.

Day 4: Murchison Falls National Park- Kibale National Park- Bigodi Sanctuary
On your 10-day Uganda Wildlife and Primate Safari, enjoy your delicious breakfast, depart from your lodge, and then drive carefully across the Nile River and through the park to Kibale National Park. You will be treated to breathtaking views of tea gardens, several woods, and the shadow of the fabled Rwenzori Mountain, which creates a mysterious background for the stunning volcanic scenery, as you travel to Kibale National Park. When you arrive in Fort Portal City, stop for lunch, walk around the city, and then continue on your way to your reserved lodging. Continue to Bigodi Swamp for a communal experience and a nature walk. The Bigodi Walk will offer you an opportunity to engage with the locals and discover how they coexist peacefully with wildlife and carry out their everyday tasks without the use of contemporary technology, such as creating lovely gins from bananas, making delectable coffee, and creating art and crafts. To unwind, have dinner, and spend the night at your lodge after the trek.

Day 5: Optional Chimpanzee Trekking Safari in Kibale National Park- Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Following breakfast, meet your safari guide and head to the park information offices to join other visitors for a briefing on how to interact with chimpanzees and the rules to follow when searching for them in the jungle. After that, set out on your escorted forest walk to look for the intelligent chimpanzees, who share 98.8% of human DNA with us. You might run into additional creatures on your forest walk, including birds, primates, and mammals like bush pigs. After meeting the chimpanzees in Kibale National Park, you will spend an entire hour observing them as they play in the tree branches, feeding and caring for their young, and snapping as many pictures as you like. Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park after lunch to see the Katwe Community, whose primary source of income is the salt extraction from the saline Lake Katwe.
Because of the customary salt mining that has been carried out since the 16th century, this is one of the most well-known settlements. For decades, you will have the opportunity to participate in salt mining operations in the Katwe Salt Mining Community. Drive to your reserved lodge to check in after the town tour. There, you can relax until dinnertime and bedtime.

Day 6: Morning Game Drive-Afternoon Boat Cruise on the Kazinga Channel- Spend the evening at Leisure
On your This 10-day Uganda Wildlife and primate safari, after breakfast, get up early to meet your safari driver and head to the Kasenyi plains for the morning wildlife drive. While in Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will encounter a variety of animals during the game drive, including warthogs, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, lions, cape buffalos, leopards, elephants, and several bird species. Return to your lodge later for lunch, unwind, and then go out on an afternoon boat ride safari down the Kazinga Channel, the primary waterway that runs through the park and links Lake George and Lake Edward. In Queen Elizabeth National Park, a boat cruise safari on the Kazinga Channel is a highly recommended adventurous activity that allows guests to get up close and personal with a variety of species, including hippos, buffalo, elephants, Nile crocodiles, and birds. Later, return to your lodge to spend the evening relaxing. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Drive to Ishasha sector to search for the tree climbing lions-Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
After a delicious breakfast, head to Queen Elizabeth National Park’s southern sector for another thrilling game drive safari. You’ll be looking for a variety of animals, including primates, antelope species, buffalo, elephants, leopards, and tree-climbing lions. After heading to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, we arrive in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 8: Optional Mountain Gorilla Trekking Experience- Drive to Lake Bunyonyi
Enjoy a substantial breakfast, prepare your lunchboxes and water, meet your guide, and proceed to the park information offices for a briefing before beginning your forest trek to find the endangered mountain gorillas in their native habitat.
You will spend an hour with the mountain gorilla family, watching the playful babies, the mothers grooming their young, and Mr. Silverback, who is always ready to defend the family from any attack. After that, you will drive to Lake Bunyonyi to unwind while taking part in a boat canoeing safari. Dinner and overnight stay are included.
Get up at your convenient time, have breakfast, and then take a morning boat canoeing safari on Lake Bunyonyi to explore the various islands. Your local guide will tell you the fascinating history of each of the 29 islands on Lake Bunyonyi.
After this experience, begin your journey to Lake Mburo National Park with a stopover at Igongo Cultural Centre to have lunch. After, resume to the park to check in at your booked lodge and later start an evening game drive in search for the park’s wildlife species, such as the elands, spotted hyenas, leopards, civet cats, Impalas, zebras, giraffes, porcupines, topis, bushbabies, African Rock Python, other antelope species, warthogs, and cape buffaloes, and many others. Later, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day 10: Morning Walking Safari-Drive Back to Entebbe International Airport
On this10-Day Uganda Wildlife and Primate SafariGet up early for breakfast, load up your safari car with all of your belongings, check out of the lodge, and head out for an early morning walking safari in the park to see zebras, impalas, and the timid creatures, like elands, up close. Afterward, begin your journey to Entebbe, stopping for lunch and a water adventure at the Ugandan equator. You can purchase souvenirs from Ugandan native art by visiting various artisan stores. After that, continue travelling to Entebbe to catch your flight back.
